Nicholas Marion is an accomplished personal trainer, strength coach, and Navy Hospital Corpsman.  His personal philosophy on health, fitness, and nutrition is simple and effective. The Marion Method is a how-to on simplifying health and wellness by learning the basic foundations. The idea is that you will leave his programs and training with all of the tools and information to get in fantastic shape and take over your health once and for all! With 20 years in the health and fitness industry, a master’s in education, and a Doctorate in human performance, Nicholas Marion strives to educate and integrate science with real-world application to enhance the landscape for fitness enthusiasts and average people proactively seeking to improve their health.
